Dr. Li and the team will furnish the final assessment report (in written report and .ppt format) for the management. An organizational analysis on Safety Culture/Climate factors; difference between various stakeholders, strategies and recommendations will be presented to the management for follow up engagement.
– A written report will be prepared for the management. The report will provide quantitative analysis results from the Health & Safety Climate Questionnaire and qualitative analysis results from the feedback & interviews.
– Main findings will be on the differences between various stakeholders on safety factors and risk perception.
– Based on these findings, strategies will be formulated and a brief proposal will be recommended.
