Dr. A. Y. Li is a multidisciplinary expert in clinical psychology, engineering, law, and science.
As Founder of YHL Consulting Ltd. and Co-founder of the Hong Kong Blockchain Society, she brings over 20 years
of public hospital experience to her work in organizational psychology, helping teams foster collaborative, empowering cultures.

Notably, she is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (FICE)—a rare achievement for a non-engineer—
recognizing her leadership in integrating behavioral science into high-risk industries to improve safety and innovation.

A globally respected leader, Dr. Li drives transformative change in psychological safety and workplace systems.
